Well, everyone it is now 3 almost 2 days before Christmas. I have had a few exciting changes in my life. I am not sure what I have shared already, but I will share what I remember. :) I successfully moved to Henderson. NV last month on the 29th. I have been taking care of my grandparents since I moved here. No work as of yet sadly, but such is the market. I do need something soon because the bills do not stop even if the work does. LOL. Anyhow, I have a few good prospects for work and even something that pays very well, time is the key as well as patience which I am running out of because of the pressure of the bills. Well, my goal here is not to bitch too much,but rather to wish every one a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. If you so choose to get wasted be safe about it. No drinking and driving! Muah!! Well dear followers, it has been too long since I have posted. So here are a few updates. Most recently, I have decided to move to Las Vegas because my grandfather is not doing well. He has been in the hospital for the last month and my grandmother does not do so well by herself. Currently (as of right now), I am in Vegas looking for work. Not my first choice in things to do having come from working as a General Manager now realizing that I may have to work for peanuts again. I can honestly say that I am tired of starting at the bottom of the food chain. But such as it is with my priorities system so I stick with the necessary. I was so close to being free but I know that could never happen on my salary in California. Bysaying being free I mean financial freedom. I currently have no debt but I have to wait for my last repo to get off my record before I can do anything more financially speaking. 4 years to go because they processed the repo a year late :S. Oh well, i can deal with it as...

So, I think I will be making a new mile marker in my life very soon.. I am going to try very hard at finding a new job. Here's the deal, I love working for Subway in general. I do not like the political mess this company has turned into at all... As a manager my team and my customers come first, period, end of story... The upper management needs to bring a better attitude to the table when it comes to dealing with middle management and lower management. We need support not consistent correction without any sort of positive feedback. How do we know that you are happy with what we are doing? We think that everything we are doing is a failure without positive feedback. Plugging along with low moral and personal support does not help customer service, employee relations, or relations with the upper management. Do they not think that having managers not happy with them is not going to be an issue in their stores with their employees? Are you nuts? Life is about tic for tat.... give and ...

Hey everyone! It is Sunday, so since I am off work today I was figuring it a great day to make a post. I know my last post was one of exhaustion because I am tired of being classified as a single man. So guess what? I am no longer going to be defined by my relationship status anywhere. I am a taken man, no I do not have a boyfriend, but i do have a heart full of love and compassion. I am taken by my want to be who I am. Everything will fall into place. Yes there is a man out there that I love dearly. He knows who he is and where we are at. But as well, until someone comes by and sweeps me off my feet telling me that I am worth their time, then I will be and love who I am. Whats the point in not being that way?
