Menu Items :-)
Here if I can figure out how these pages work, I will be posting some of my favorite food Recipe's. Several of which i will catalog as my own Bachelor Menu Items.
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon A1 Sauce
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard (Substitute 1.5 Tbs of Mustard and 1/2 Tbs of Honey if needed)
1/4 Teaspoon of Sea-salt (not including salt for boiling water)
5 shakes of Mrs. Dash
5 Shakes of Onion Powder
8 Shakes of Garlic
5 Shakes of Italian Seasoning
approximately 2 cups or 1/2 lb of any sort of meat in the fridge (great for leftovers)
1 box of noodles (any style I prefer none spaghetti noodles)
Directions:
Put some water in a Medium - Large Pot. Add some salt and Oil. Bring to a boil. When the water has started a medium boil, place noodles in the pan (if linguini, angel hair, or spaghetti noodles i suggest breaking them in thirds). Cook till desired softness. I usually like mine a little not hard but firm, almost an el donte. Before the noodles finish cooking i usually grab a bowl and mix all the sauces and spices together. Make sure and stir them until it is considerably smooth to make sure you have an even taste. At this stage as well I taste the sauce and then adjust it to my liking. After that you need to get your meat ready if you have not already started on it. If it is already cooked just nuke it to warm it up most the way. If your meat is raw cook it until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees, then add to the noodles when specified. After the noodles are done, drain in a strainer, if you are savvy like me you can use the lid and dump out half the noodles in the process. :) Okay, now that your noodles are strained and back in the original pan, lets start mixing ingredients in with the noodles. It is easy enough, i throw the sauces mixture we made in first, stir a few times then toss the meat in. stir until it looks evenly sauced. Next step: Pig Out :)
Note: If you do not have any meat around the house you can substitute the meat for eggs. Just leave the stove on after you drain the noodles and put 2-4 eggs into the pan and stir constantly until you see egg bits everywhere, then add your sauce mix. It is also great without any sort of protein but not recommended as your body needs a lot of protein to survive :).

Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients Required:
2 Can Tomato Paste
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 Pkg. Enchilada Seasoning
1 Lb. Ground Sausage
1 Lb. Ground Beef (Turkey may be substituted)
1 Bag Tortilla Chip (preferably strips or smaller chips)
1-2 Bags of shredded cheese
3-4 C. Water
Note: Alternately to the 3-4 C Water, Tomato Paste, and Seasoning Packages you may just buy two cans of your preferred type of Enchilada Sauce. However, it does not taste the same. As well if you prefer a very moist casserole then increase the water amount to about 5 cups.
Directions:
Start by taking the two cans of tomato paste and putting them in a medium size pan. Turn the burner on to a Medium-Low heat setting. (In cooking one should never use the high setting as it only cooks the outside of whatever you are cooking) After turning on the burner add the water and stir the mix until it is smooth. It should be liquidy. After you are done add the two packets of Seasoning. Let it simmer while we start the next thing.
Next, grab a med to large size frying pan. Add about a quarter of an inch of water to it. Put it on the stove. Add your two meats to it and start the browning process. I prefer to add some of the Sauce from the pan to it as well, it increases the flavor value.
About half-way through the browning process turn on your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. (176 Degrees Celsius) As well you will need to grease an 8x12 or a 9x 13 glass baking dish.
As you are finishing up browning your meat your sauce should be warmed up enough to start using. Pour a thin layer onto the bottom of the baking dish (Use Sauce sparingly, it is ok to have extra but you need to make sure you have enough. Next add a layer of chips. Add some more Sauce. Add the browned meat, then a layer of cheese. More sauce comes next. Another layer of chips, this layer needs to be until it is no less then ¼ of an inch from the top of the baking dish. Lastly add the rest of the sauce. :)
Place the baking dish in the over on the middle rack. Do not place on the bottom rack ever, or if your oven cooks hot then place on the top rack. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Add as much cheese as you and your family appreciates and then place back into the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Serve with Sour Cream. Enjoy!
