Changes We Make
Hey All!
First thing first. I hope everyone is doing well and is enjoying life to the fullest. We are coming up for on the holiday season as we approach Halloween. I encourage everyone to be safe, have fun, and plan ahead as holiday after holiday comes forth. i won't elaborate further as we are all our own person.
I write again noticing that it has been once again far too long. A blog is supposed to be an online diary or narration. Lol! For me it seems to be a rare update. I honestly do not know how many people still read my blog with any regularity. But, that is OK. I'm thinking about redefining my blog and to start adding more to it. I'm far behind on everything and would love to spend some quality time updating it. I have more recipes, pictures, and songs to add. I won't go into any further detail as you will have to stop by periodically to see the changes. Anyhow, I'm going to move on to my life update.
There are many things in life that I am unsure of but one thing I am is that we all need to save for retirement very early to make up for the potential social security deficit when we retire.
Currently, I'm living with a great friend and her girlfriend (whom I sadly but truly care very little for). I have an apartment lined up to move into late next month. I'm excited about this one because it has everything I want even if it is a little pricey and will have the budget tight I'll make it work. I think I deserve the extras as I have been working hard all my life. I just hope I don't get spoiled. Anyway, the extras are a patio, dishwasher (which I wont likely use lol), and best of all a washer and dryer. :-P I can finally do laundry as suits me and at a more relaxed place.
So the down low is that I move on the 25th of November. Hopefully all goes well and smoothly. I do not have many things so it should be relatively fast as long as I do the packing right. It will likely take me a full 3 months to completely settle in though. Which is OK. I don't mind taking time to do things right and lasting. I really do not want to move for along time or at least until iI buy a house. Which needs to be in the next 8 years for my retirement plan to work right. Ideally though my house payment will be less than a months worth of rent. This includes insurance and all that jazz.
I find that it is important to live a balanced life in all aspects. Those aspects are work, play, family, self, learning, friends, exercise and hobbies. A few of these aspects can overlap respectively. Like hobbies and play or work and exercise. However you have it stay balanced. If you spend 8 hours working, spend 8 hours with your friends and family. We don't necessarily require this all the time but it keeps us healthy and on point.
In conclusion I must apologize, I wrote this over a 2 day period on my pad so I may have not linked the topics together appropriately. But I'm sure the most is apparent. With that I bid thee a due. Cheers!
